The Challenge

Establish BB Dakota Clothing Line as a female owned brand that supports women in the arts through a festival weekend by Women of Cinefamily and raising funds and awareness for Women of Cinefamily.

The Solution

The Women of Cinefamily Festival Weekend hosted 9 events and over 3 days hosted by Brie Larson and co-hosts Chloe Savigny, Natasha Lyonne, Sky Ferreira, Alexi Wassner, Kris Krauss, Rowan Blanchard and many more across multiple venues like the Silent Movie Theater (Cinefamily) Bob Baker Marionette, and The Standard Hotel and was attended by 1000 guests over the weekend. BB Dakota and Women of Cinefamily created a custom limited edition Women of Cinefamily jacket that was only for the programmers and participating influencers and celebrities of Women of Cinefamily 

The Results

The Women of Cinefamily Weekend presented by BB Dakota saw over 61 Million media impressions and 15 million social media impressions and was covered by outlets like W Magazine, WWD, Vice, LA Times, Hello Giggles, and Just Jared. All of this drove traction, engagement, and social media followers for Cinefamily and BB Dakota and exposed both brands to new audiences and followers.
